Well worth the money for spacious suites.
I had a frustrating experience with the slow restaurant service. The breakfast was lacking in variety, and it took too long for servers to respond to our requests. Additionally, there was noise from dogs barking throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep well.

Excellent hotel with great amenities like free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a lovely bar. I remember how staff helped serve my elderly parents on my first stay. I highly recommend enjoying breakfast with a view!

We enjoyed breathtaking views from our room, but the restaurant service was terribly slow. Breakfast lacked variety, too.

I had an amazing experience here! The Premium Double Room was spotlessly clean and offered amazing views of the valley. The 24-hour front desk was attentive, ensuring I felt safe and welcomed even with my late arrival.
strongly recommend 😊❤️

Recommend it for groups
The views from the terrace room were amazing,, total game-changer for our stay. The staff was friendly and even upgraded us for our second night, making the whole experience even better.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but I mean, it’s acceptable for the value we got.

Just a reliable pick for a lightning stop in Quito with good value. The room had a kitchenette, which made cooking easy. Request a room with a view for the best experience.

Nice views but a few hiccups
We stayed for 2 nights in a Deluxe Twin Room. The view from our room was just awesome! The sauna was relaxing too, but it could take a bit for staff to respond sometimes. The breakfast wasn’t bad, and I loved that we could grab packed lunches for our little adventures outside. Just beware of the noisy fridge!

Spacious suites with balconies offer stunning views of the valley, making it a great choice for relaxation. Service was attentive, especially when we were upgraded, enhancing our overall experience. Breakfast had a decent selection, but the lack of tissues and towels in the room was inconvenient. The nearby park could use some maintenance, as it was littered with trash, although the area felt generally safe.
